We're still in a phase of using the wrong terms, and language matters. This guy was riding his electric motorcycle at 40MPH on a sidewalk. The driver was already making his turn when the motorcycle tried to zip in front of him.
Calling these things e-bikes leads to all sorts of distorted impressions about electric bicycles.

Who the heck has the right of way in this situation? I live out in the country so my head automatically goes to the vehicle having the right of way. As fast as this e-bike is going it should have just been on the road & treated as a motorcycle.

Unfortunately the weakest part of the show is the depiction of Caesar’s legion.
I get it, from our meta perspective, they’re cringe larping douchebags, but in the world of Fallout they’re a legitimately intimidating faction. Legate Kevin is not intimidating in the least bit, it’s as if a child put on the armor of his father and is pretending, badly.
