@ColourB4 disgusting service my mum has received from you after having her hair chemically burnt, had all her hair cut off to remove it and still waiting for a resolution since December 2017. Now being passed to the retail Ombudsman.

Well I sent a private message as suggested, but nobody ever replied. Luckily the smell has now gone.......and so has the product. Won’t be buying again I’m afraid 😟 @ColourB4

Not impressed with ColourB4 to remove hair colour. It did remove the colour but has left my hair with a disgusting eggy-farty smell. I have washed my hair 3 times and it still stinks 💨☹️🥚@ColourB4 #ColourB4 #horriblehairproduct

@ColourB4 I would probably stress in the box that your hair does end up stinking of sewage. It worked and all. However ive washed my hair 4 times already and it still REEKS. I dont dare leave my room 🤢🤢

When you strip the black dye out your hair successfully (took me an hour) with the intention of dying my hair purple only for the hair dye to dye my hair BACK BLACK?! @LOrealParisUSA your hair dye SUCKS
