Speaking of Star Fox... I loved Star Fox Adventures. I know not everyone loved it. For me, it was a well-rounded conclusion to the history of Rare and Nintendo.

@mystsl Tbh this is why I just prefer out of 5. The perceptions make sense and imo the difference between a 6 vs 7 or a 9 vs 10 is not too significant and you can use half stars if you really want to

@mystsl You're right, it is the American school system. It's why scores rarely go below 5 unless they abysmal. It's why I wish more outlets used the 4 star system so it can avoid being divisible into the 10 point system.

@KirPinkFury The reason Nintendo are doing Switch 2 editions is because game development is taking longer and they don’t want to have droughts so it’s a way to pad out the year and still make money. Expect more of them over the next few years

IMO, yes. There are too many Switch 2 Editions for a less than a year old console. Port vs. new game ratio is almost 1. Higher in favor of ports depending on how you see MP4 and Legends Z-A. But these keep selling so I don't know what else to tell you. reddit.com/r/NintendoSwit…

@ThatMoviePage It's the combination of digital photography and that most people have low quality, poorly calibrated screens.

These have the same director and cinematographer so the new one looking like...that isn't a skill issue it's a choice. So why DO new movies insist on looking like that. Absolutely lifeless.

@TheRochaSays This is the reason why E3 died. Events used to be done for fun and fan promotion, if anything costs money, they don't do it at all.

I was shocked at this news at first, but that's because I have an old school mentality sometimes. The truth is that Marvel and other entertainment companies look at Super Bowl ads, Comic Con appearances or other traditional promotional opportunities and they're seeing that the cost far outweighs the benefits. We're a much more global world with people watching YouTube more than they watch their TVs or go to the theater. So why pay millions to do a Super Bowl ad or the headaches of an SDCC or NYCC appearance when you can make your trailer an event on YouTube at way less the cost? This is going to happen more and more on the entertainment side of things as we enter into a new phase of promotion. I mean people spent hours watching directors chairs appear with names on them. So all sure bets from the past are off now.
