During crashes: - #Altcoins go down first. - #Bitcoin follows. - Nasdaq comes after that. We've had that part. Now, oil is peaking, Gold has peaked. The volatility goes down on Gold, means that the risk of holding that asset is decreased. That means that allocators are buying back in #Bitcoin for upside, as Bitcoin is heavily undervalued. During bounces: - Nasdaq bounces up first. - #Bitcoin follows in 1-3 weeks after that. - #Altcoins follow in 1-3 weeks after that. We're transitioning towards the last part.

Also, it makes you re-evaluate some of your thoughts, habits, certain beliefs... Life is full of ups and downs. Expansion and contraction. Happiness and sorrow. Human experience is dual. We all fight our own demons. We all experience the same emotions. Understanding this is essential to develop empathy. And it's not about denying reality. Acknowledgment and acceptance are the first steps. Once you distinguish what is under your control and what is not, you regain your power and things start to align. But in the end, while perspective doesn't change certain facts of reality, it is one of the most powerful tools we have to navigate through life. We move forward.

Dopo giorni difficili per il Governo arriva un riconoscimento per Meloni: è quello di Rutte della Nato per aver superato in un solo anno il 2% del Pil sulle spese militari e in difesa. Ben 45 miliardi, con aumenti di 12 miliardi in un anno. E ora si corre verso il 5% firmato da Meloni su spinta di Trump. Intanto famiglie e imprese continuano ad aspettare da 4 anni di potersi complimentare nello stesso modo col Governo: al momento è durissima fra record di pressione fiscale, crollo della produzione industriale, liste d'attesa, boom di cassa integrazione e rincari. Datevi da fare!
