Social media has become the modern day guillotine, and we’re all standing in the public square waiting for the next execution. Most people do not even care whether someone is truly innocent or guilty anymore. They just want the spectacle. They want the outrage. They want to catch the head as it rolls off the platform and hold it up like a trophy. We like to believe humanity has evolved beyond that. That we are more compassionate, more empathetic, more thoughtful. But the truth is, those same instincts that existed hundreds or even thousands of years ago still exist today. Mob mentality. Public shaming. The craving for blood in the name of righteousness. The technology changed. Human nature did not.

And the thing is that it’s all a grift, his stance changed when he wanted to run for Governor. It looks like chasing money for power, creating fear and hate to activate voters… and of course, get more donations. He is useful to the radical Islamic agenda and he is happy to take their money. This isn’t about conviction or what’s best for FL… this is about what’s best for James.

The way I look at @j_fishback running for Governor: it’s like going to an Italian restaurant, seeing tacos on the menu, paying for a taco, and ordering a taco. Then, when everyone gets their food, they hand you a lasagna and say, “Sorry, we’re an Italian restaurant. You can’t order tacos here.” At that point you’re left wondering, “Then why was it on the menu in the first place?” This isn’t really about whether someone likes Fishback or dislikes Fishback. The issue is whether candidates who do not meet the constitutional requirements should be presented as options to voters in the first place. I have had this conversation with the RPOF folks, I can disagree with them and still have a relationship. I don’t like rule 8, but I also understand the structure of the party and how that is voted on. The party works through representation So essentially the REC’s vote for their representation who then votes on things like rule eight So if you wanna change that you have to ensure that you vote the right people into represent you. That’s kind of why I’m interested in eventually maybe looking at State committee woman. Once you understand the process, you understand how you can make the changes and work within it. I didn’t understand this when I was younger and I was just frustrated and upset. That’s why I was in NPA even though I was really conservative. I really think I can help people understand this process and how to work within it. We don’t have to be as adversarial as we are.

Plain and simple have debates, don’t come up with excuses because you don’t like someone’s speech. If it isn’t popular they’d be destroyed during the debate right? If they install Donalds he’ll lose.

See, I look at party dynamics differently now. It’s evolved through my grass roots advocacy. It’s a conversation but I think it would actually make sense to you… my opinions evolved after watching a completely broken system. I’m big in to systems theory and auditing the process. Plus, I’m a big legislation nerd.

That’s assuming I’m ever going to find a candidate who checks every box for me. No one does. I simply support the candidate I believe is the best fit overall. My litmus test is pretty simple: when Florida faces its next major hurricane, who do I trust to be in charge? For me, that’s Jay Collins. That said, I didn’t necessarily agree with his comments regarding speech. That’s a more nuanced conversation, and I think reasonable people can disagree on where those lines should be drawn. One thing that may surprise some people is that I believe it’s perfectly acceptable to be critical of the government of Israel or its policies. What I do not support is hate directed toward Jewish people. Those are two very different things. My sense is that Jay was trying to make a similar distinction, but I haven’t had an in-depth conversation with him about it, so I can’t speak for him. At the end of the day, if Byron Donalds wins the Republican nomination, I’ll support him. I will vote for whoever the Republican nominee is.
