Hi, my name is Julian from Switzerland, and I’m currently looking for a team to test with for Pro Tour Las Vegas. At my last Pro Tour I finished 10-5-1. My team and I developed the Grixis Scam deck, which ended up with a 71% win rate at the event and later won the EUL Finals two weeks after the PT. I’m looking for a motivated group to work on testing, deckbuilding, and metagame preparation for the tournament.

Ended up 8-8 at #PTECL. This was a dream of mine to play on the pro tour and it was awesome. Huge shout-out to #teamGoodViberance for putting together an awesome standard deck. These guys were incredible to work with and I can't wait to get back.

Was it designed with UB cards in mind?
Maybe, but any power level spike gets magnified with a deeper card pool.
More synergies that do stronger things means more busted decks.

This illustrates the argument I tried to make when they announced the change to three year Standard. More cards doesn't lead to more diversity, it leads to stronger synergies which push lesser cards and synergies out of the format and you end up with a less diverse format.
