2-0 in the Play-In and won my next match. Got kicked out by the authentication bug that was hitting everyone, and when I relogged hours later, the win wasn't recorded. Won the next match to get to 3-0, but then lost the one after. I should've been 4-0 and qued. @MTG_Arena help

I'm playing a Play-in Qualifier and win my 1st rd. Instead of going back to the main menu after the victory screen, I get an error msg "data not updated". I get logged out. When I get back in, my win isn't counted (I didn't receive a loss either).
Is it a common occurence?

Hi, my name is Julian from Switzerland, and I’m currently looking for a team to test with for Pro Tour Las Vegas. At my last Pro Tour I finished 10-5-1. My team and I developed the Grixis Scam deck, which ended up with a 71% win rate at the event and later won the EUL Finals two weeks after the PT. I’m looking for a motivated group to work on testing, deckbuilding, and metagame preparation for the tournament.

This might seem off-topic, but training BJJ has helped me play Magic better. It feels like solving puzzles while someone is trying to crush you.
I think it’s helped me stay calmer under pressure and make better decisions in games.
Competed recently and I enjoyed it a lot.
