The leads are weak? You're weak! A man doesn't step in line 'less he wants to buy a roast beef sandwich.

Like, I guess the equity split is more set-in-stone since shares are a thing, but it really just seems like overkill.

Is there any point in making a C-Corp for a jointly-owned side project if the owners are never going to raise money? ._. Literally reading up on C-Corps vs. LLCs and a C-Corp is looking more like a headache than a benefit.

Chrome: Cmd+w: closes current tab. Empirical usage: 100 times / day. Cmd+q (1cm to the left): nuke every single one of your 200 open tabs immediately. Empirical (intended) usage: exactly 0 times/year. 🤦‍♂️

@judy_chevalier I believe we inflict the same pain on other schools when our students go elsewhere on campus for class. "Continuous numerical grades on the unit line now!". 📢📢. I've been trying to get that chant popularized, but so far without success. ☹️

Okay, the bloom is off the rose now as I realize that those students in 7 different graduate departments that were such a treat to have in my class are also on 7 entirely different grading systems and I have to figure the appropriate grade for each in their home system.

One gratifying thing about teaching @YaleSOM is that I teach students in my class from all over @Yale (or more accurately, they teach me). @YaleSPH and @YaleDivSchool thanks for sending me these three students!

Elm (@elmlang) is the only language that makes me want to do refactoring just for fun. No hard-fact on some website about languages can ever express such things. Try new stuff folks, you never know what you might find. :)

Pro-tip for those sending unsolicited postdoc applications by email. You discredit yourself if you don't know about my work. For example, when your opening refers to me as an "imminent, respected researcher" it's clear you've not done your homework.
