NPR themselves say they depend on public funding. NPR’s *own website* says “Federal funding is essential to public radio’s service to the American public and its continuation is critical for both stations and program producers, including NPR.” These are NPR’s OWN WORDS. “Essential” and “critical” are word with definitions that matter. YouTube puts labels under all publicly funded media. The NPR YouTube channel currently has a label on all videos saying "NPR is an American public broadcast service.” to communicate the same thing Elon is communicating via the label on twitter. Yet @elonmusk wanting to similarly, ACCURATELY label media outlets who rely on federal funding (in NPR’s OWN words, federal funding is *critical* to NPR—their words, not mine, not Elon’s... critical and essential are tantamount to RELIANT upon) is an attempt by Elon at gaining internet popularity? @realMeetKevin, you seem emotional (see your tweet exclaiming that I engage in incest—which you weren’t meant to tell anyone, that was a secret I disclosed to you in confidence 😭) but I think you are not being reasonable or intellectually honest. A more cynical person might suggest your tweet is doing the very thing you accuse Elon of. NPR have taken issue with the truth (why didn’t they boycott YouTube over the same label? This is a question worth considering) and are now acting like a toddler in boycotting twitter. Over the truth. Kevin, I paid for your YouTube course (great course, highly recommended btw) in which you disclose your trojan horse strategy and also talked explicitly about your use of @GrantCardone exposé videos to grow your channel. Incidentally, your Cardone videos are how I found your YouTube channel. Am I not remembering correctly or did you employ and describe this growth strategy in your YouTube course? Your tweet (now that you have named NPR as one example) essential reads: “Elon Musk sought to create an enemy of NPR for the sake of internet popularity”. This is why I called you out. I think you will find Elon Musk was not seeking to create an enemy of NPR for *ANY* reason, but simply sought to accurately label them, just like YouTube does for publicly funded media outlets, in the interest of truth and transparency. Something to ponder.

I challenge Republicans to give me one rational answer to the following: Why is Florida about to ban anyone under 18 from attending a private drag show where they are completely clothed and watch clothed people perform. But... In Florida it is 100% legal for anyone to take a naked child to a PUBLIC nude beach and see other random naked people prancing around? Why is Ron DeSantis attacking drag queens but has no problem with public land being used to expose naked kids to random naked adults? I'm not speaking for or against either. I'm merely pointing out the hypocrisy of Florida attacking the LGBTQ community for something far less 'severe' than public nude beaches.

To all of the MAGA Republicans who are against transgender women using the women's room and transgender men using the men's room, I simply have one question for you. Do you really believe that it would be more appropriate if the person depicted on the left used the men's room and the person on the right used the women's room? Is this really going to somehow make women and men feel MORE comfortable about using public restrooms? How about we allow people to be who they are, and let them decide what makes them feel more comfortable? If you feel uncomfortable sharing a public restroom with certain people, then pee in the woods.
