#qantas were the ones that expired my points in March 2021 what am I suppose to do it’s not like I could travel to Australia because of the borders being closed to Sydney and the lockdown to see a my sick relative mother Who I have not seen for 2 years I live in Los Angeles

Qantas again expired my points during a pandemic where I could not leave Los Angeles and go and see a sick relative in Sydney due to borders being closed and give her hug so they decided that 19,875 needs to expire shame on your Qantas can’t see my mother now

@Qantas thanks for taking away all my ff points. Can’t use them as you stopped flying international. Way to abandon your customers
