Just spoke to my sister. She took the helicopter flight to the bigger hospital and they've given her a bunch of medications that have made her feel much better.
They're going to be keeping her overnight and doing further tests to find out what caused this heart attack.

If Trump pulls the US out of NATO, Europe will quickly realise that they never needed the US in the first place.
As we have said for years, the US was never going to defend Europe. It was and will always be an utter myth.
They just want Europe to buy their useless military hardware and munitions and so they can seek to control Europe and prevent it's rotation to Russia and Eurasia.
Europe has a choice, die defending its pointless relationship with the US or embrace Eurasia including Russia

It looks like NATO will either find a way to expel members like Spain, who refuse to fulfill their obligations, or it will be dissolved much sooner than anyone expected or is going to be ready.
The second outcome looks the more likely now.
