LETTER TO ALL DEV Dear Dev, Without people, a project is just code. Community is the real utility in any project, give it the same importance as the project itself. Code can be forked, roadmaps can be copied, tokens can be minted but you can’t copy a loyal, engaged community. That’s the cheat code, that’s what makes a project stand the test of time; a strong community. A strong community = free marketing. How? They tweet, they shill, they defend the project, they host spaces, they bring others in. They become the voice of the brand, 24/7. The Community is the early liquidity. When a token launches, it's not VCs that make the charts move, it's the community. They trade, stake, LP, and provide the first signs of life for the project! Without them, price action is dead on arrival. Community = feedback loop, your review center. They tell you what’s working, what’s broken, what they love, what they hate. In tough times, only the community stays because markets crashes, hype fades, narratives die but a real community holds the line. They build memes, create culture, and keep the spark alive. That’s how legends are born. Every great project you admire today had this in common: $DOG $PEPE $ORDI $NOT Even early $ETH They were cults before they were coins so if you're building something, put community first. Listen to them Reward them Empower them Make them feel seen They’ll carry your project farther than any paid ad or big name ever will.
