@rustybirchall @Publix This is a core convenience feature that I use all the time, at Publix and also Kroger - so easy to scan the code on your cashier's screen, register the sale as part of my Publix shopper Acct, and have it pay at the same time... now I have to go get a debit card or credit card?

@peterframpton my Lexus ES-300h Hybrid gets 45 MPG on a 11+ gallon tank of petrol - 500 miles. I stop for 3 minutes and get a full tank for $31.79 (Costco in Brentwood TN) What I like about EVs is the ability to charge at home overnight and travel locally for weeks without re-charging.

Average mileage for a gas car is 200-400 on a full tank. My electric car gets 265 on a full charge. Recent trip stopped for 18 mins and got 80% charge for $12.
