I ordered from @drmartens last month. Order was reportedly shipped. A week later it was suddenly marked as "returned" and "refunded".
Asked customer service what happened. Auto-reply said they'd reply within 3 days. They didn't, that was 3 weeks ago 🙁🤷

@alpipego I tried to rename Windows 10 pc to "W10", which I figured would be the shortest yet still descriptive version.
The headphones called it "W, one, zero"😏

If you fancy to hear more of my mother tongue Luxembourgish and get some beautiful impressions of the country, I recommend watching “Capitani” on Netflix.
12 short episodes, exciting story, great atmosphere! 👌
We binge-watched it in only 2 evenings.

Two weeks later, as I wonder why so many emails seem to end up in recipients spam folders, I discover that @SiteGround had DKIM disabled in SiteTools, when it was enabled in cPanel before the migration.
I'm trying to like it, but so far I'm not getting happier... ☹️
English

Migration from cPanel to @SiteGround SiteTools feels like a huge downgrade and lock-in attempt.
I used to create full backups and download them instantly.
Now I can't download my backups, unless I order a "professional" one which I have to pay for ; to get my own data.
English

@SiteGround @skystracloud I guess I'll make do for now.
Here's another quick feedback @SiteGround : mail filters have been migrated but some seem to be broken, especially those which were set to deliver some emails to another inbox (screenshot)
I'm reviewing and fixing them for all of my sites atm.

English

@IceableMedia @skystracloud Sorry to hear you find the switch limiting! We did our best to come up with a user-friendly interface that would allow us to easily add new beneficial features for our clients.
We hope you'd give it a chance, and we look forward to any additional feedback you might have for it!
English

@SiteGround And emails may only be backed up by syncing with an email client. Until now I could access them in Maildir format over FTP, and they were also included in the full backup.
Quite a downgrade.
English

@SiteGround So there is no way to get a *full* backup (files, DBs, emails, etc.) at once as I used to with cPanel full backup feature (which I could trigger with an automated script)
Now I may only tediously download files and DBs one by one separately.
English

@SiteGround I can manually create a backup (only on growbig plan though, not on startup plans). And I still can't download it.
A support rep explicitely told me that backups are "stored on a separate server and cannot be accessed".

English

@IceableMedia You can still manually create and download backups on a per-site basis: bit.ly/3pcFHz4 . We provide full FTP/ SSH access as we’ve always believed you should have full control over your site.
Feel free to DM us for more information. We would be happy to help 24/7.
English

@skystracloud I don't care as much about cPanel per se as much as I care about owning my data.
But I might indeed be looking for options as to where to take my websites.
English

@IceableMedia Hi Mathieu, control panel changes can be tough. Would you prefer to stay on cPanel? I know it's a handy interface, it's what we use so if you ever want to go back and get the backups 'back' ;) - drop a line, we can help you out.

@wpmark @toggltrack As for the "why", as a freelancer I needed to know where time went. Now I need to fill timesheets and log time spent in Jira tickets (which isn't much different really).
It makes it easy to keep track and get consolidated reports at the end of the day or week.
English

@wpmark I'm using @toggltrack, it's free, simple, doesn't get in the way, and has a great web app + browser extension + mobile app so it's rarely further than a click away.
English

Currently I don't track any time when working on projects.
Do you track your time as a #WordPress developer? If so, why and what do you use?
