Interesting ~data: Grok, while checking some figures in a table of mine, estimates the average IQ of Indian AMERICANS at 108 - albeit with the US population, as vs whites alone, set at 100...so you can argue for knocking off 2-3 points.
IAs mostly come from the three highest of the large Indian castes, so there's some selection effect here. But, WHEN TESTED IN INDIA, even highest-caste Brahmins taken alone average just 85-90.
This brings up the caveat-point I and others have made repeatedly on here about 3rd world IQ scores. If you are curious about how Somalis stack up relative to Midwestern whites, it probably makes more sense to test lightly selected immigrants in Minnesota than goat-herds in Mogadishu.

The Nashville donut ring counties have been growing faster than the city itself.
Whether Nashville gets hollowed out is a battle between immigration being limited, low end housing being built to attract anyone and everyone, and government giveaways to attract large companies and people who rely on government for their sustenance vs. a degraded form of life where the public schools are unusable, and skyrocketing property taxes.

Tennessee Republicans could theoretically take aim at the 9th District, held by Steve Cohen. But it’s unclear that any Republicans will want to absorb a ton of Memphis. Plus, the filing deadline has passed there too. Lots of moving parts, but this ruling seems like a 2028 fight.

President Trump seems to assume Iran runs of oil storage in three days (so April 29). My sense is that Tehran has longer to keep storing. He also says when storage runs out, "oil lines" would "just explode." Here, I truly have not idea what he's talking about; rolling my eyes.
