There’s almost no real lifestyle change between making $120k and $350k a year.

The U.S. government has to refund $166 billion in tariffs, PLUS interests. Trump said he would be paying Americans checks from tariffs and eventually even replace the income tax. So now not only are you not getting DOGE checks after he cancelled DOGE, you’re not getting tariff checks and paying the interests back on tariffs collected. And you are also paying $2 billion a day for Trump and Netanyahu’s war in Iran. And you are paying on avg $4 per gallon gas and inflation is rising again. The lack of humility and understanding the struggle of regular Americans is astounding to me. Trump and his lackeys demand loyalty and name call and bully yet Americans struggle more and more.

This man noticed cans of the same brand piling up in his yard so he set up a ring camera and noticed the same vehicle passing by and throwing these cans over and over again but he needed a closer angle so he could get an accurate description of the vehicle so he set up a GoPro, when he finally got the information he needed he tracked the guy down and had an honest conversation with the man and found out he was doing it because of his Trump flag, he went on to explain to the gentleman the ways in which they were more alike than different and gave him an out, if he apologized to him and his family and promised not to do it again to which the man obliged. Too many times we see these situations culminate in violence and that’s exactly what those that propagate this hatred want, it is refreshing to see someone flip the script and handle it like a MAN. Hopefully these gentlemen have a newfound respect for each other and we’ll find a way to be neighborly to one another.

@WallStreetMav Rather than 50 years mortgages, Trump should have passed transferable mortgages. If the new house requires more lending that additional money would be at the current rate.

The real estate market is broken with mortgage rates above 6%. I was looking at houses and moving ... but when you do the math, it is crazy to give up my 3.9% mortgage and move to another area and do a 6.3% mortgage. But then if I wait until rates are back near 4%, house prices will likely skyrocket with cheaper money. Tough decision ...
