@vickysanderson @william_da_pham @HydroOne In my day City staff were very reluctant to embrace new infrastructure in the Hydro corridor because Hydro One was so hard to work with. We’d been looking at it as a possible off-leash site near Bathurst. Unfortunately never got very far.

@vickysanderson @william_da_pham City has done work looking at EMF impacts and developed policies to avoid any activities that would keep people in hydro corridors for long periods of time. ie trails that people move through, ok, housing, not so much. toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2…

I fought with PF&R over tobogganing 5 years ago. #Willowdale signs were taken down. If the City wants to end a fundamental recreational activity, should be done in consultation with communities and a transparent policy posted - with every effort made to keep hills open. #TOpoli

Walking past this #willowdale space that was rehabilitated in 2021, makes me miss the days when @MarkusOBF showed concern about community safety for all, and our Councillor advocated for supportive housing for our vulnerable neighbours.
