🚨 Brazen attack on police — right in their own parking lot. 🚔 Last night in Oshawa, a 25-year-old man named Mustafa Sadat (no fixed address) allegedly walked into the police-only lot at Durham Regional Police Central East Division and assaulted two on-duty officers. Both officers suffered significant injuries and were rushed to hospital (serious but non-life-threatening). They had to call for emergency backup “10-33” and deploy a taser to take him down. Sadat now faces two counts of assault causing bodily harm + two counts of assaulting a police officer. This isn’t “somewhere in the city” this happened on police property.
