Rahziel Martin is wanted for the double homicide on Candlewood Drive. This is not a “youth” who made a mistake. This is a 15-year-old who allegedly walked into a house and opened fire. It’s absolutely disgusting that in Canada, monsters that rape, murder and dismember children ever see the light of day. These crimes are unforgivable — and releasing monsters like this back onto our streets puts even more law-abiding Canadians (and young kids) at risk.

The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section is investigating several sexual assaults reported in recent days, including incidents involving victims who were approached or attacked by people they did not know. 15-Year-Old Wanted on Second-Degree Murder Charges in Hamilton Double Homicide Hamilton police have identified a 15-year-old who is wanted on second-degree murder charges in connection with a double homicide that claimed the lives of two teenagers earlier this week. Police responded to reports of gunfire at a residence on Candlewood Drive at approximately 2:25 a.m. on July 29. Officers arrived at 191 Candlewood Drive and found 18-year-old Abdulmalek Shibli and 16-year-old Afef Binafif suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to hospital, where they later died. Investigators say they have since identified a suspect and obtained an arrest warrant for 15-year-old Rahziel Martin of Hamilton. Martin is wanted on two counts of second-degree murder and four counts of attempted murder using a firearm. Hamilton police said they received judicial authorization under the Youth Criminal Justice Act to temporarily publish Martin's name and photograph in an effort to locate and arrest him. The authorization remains in effect until Martin is arrested or until 11:59 p.m. on Aug. 4, whichever comes first. Police said they will notify media and the public once Martin has been taken into custody, at which point any further publication of his name or photograph must cease. If he is not arrested before the authorization expires, all identifying information and images must be removed by the Aug. 4 deadline. Investigators are urging Martin to seek legal advice and turn himself in. Police also warned that anyone who knowingly helps him evade arrest could face criminal charges. Authorities are asking anyone with information about Martin's whereabouts to contact Detective Matt Dugdale at 905-546-3825. Members of the public are advised not to approach Martin and should call 911 immediately if he is seen.
This is absolutely egregious. The Liberal government has issued a directive barring military chaplains from doing prayers at military ceremonies. Instead, they're permitted only to do a non-religious "spiritual reflection" that cannot mention God.
