@DerbyUni @UniWestLondon Always inspiring to see someone celebrated for leadership during a redundancy process (during which @UCU staff are on strike). And the cutting of jobs was caused by their own spectacular missteps. Iconic.

I thought these VC's were all about building reputation? We had a whole drive to (re)build ours. Then we began reviews, reorganisations, staff downgradings, and 2 (so far) VS schemes. Now @sheffielducu members are on strke. Every little helps, I guess.
