Yesterday $GRINCH made a new ATH. This morning it took that ATH out again. That’s the part I pay attention to. Anyone can get a spike. What matters is whether the market keeps coming back willing to pay higher prices. Right now, $GRINCH is doing exactly that. Most people are still looking at it like a random meme on TON. I’m not. I think the market is only starting to understand what kind of character it’s dealing with.

$GRINCH just printed a fresh ATH and I still don’t think the market fully understands what it’s looking at. Even after today’s move, it’s sitting around a ~$350k market cap. I don’t see a random meme here. I see a recognisable character, a narrative that keeps strengthening, and a market that’s only starting to price what $GRINCH could become on TON. That doesn’t guarantee anything. But it’s exactly the kind of setup I pay attention to.

They said Ronaldo was finished. ⚽⚽ They say Grinch is just another meme. 😏💚 History doesn’t repeat. But it rhymes. 🔥🚀👀

My entry for the Pepe Grinch contest. I wrote a full piece on why I started building a position in $GRINCH, what caught my attention early, and why I think it has the potential to become one of TON’s defining character narratives. Would love for the community to give it a read 👇 x.com/Open_Cipher/st…

@hanuveer_ Facts. Attention is capital, and most people spend it way too cheaply. Strong narrative matters, but without leadership, execution and coordination it’s just noise. Respect the shift toward higher-conviction plays.

Crypto Is a Solo Game Five days ago, I quietly stepped away from every tiny-cap community I was involved in. Over the previous weeks, I spent countless hours helping people. Answering questions. Explaining market cycles. Sharing lessons from my own wins and mistakes. Reviewing projects. Giving advice. Connecting people. Trying to help tiny communities grow. What surprised me wasn’t the work. It was how much attention it consumed. Attention is one of the most valuable assets you have. Once you start giving it away to everyone, your own growth begins to slow down. I realized many people don’t actually value the help they receive. Some only show up when the chart is green. Some disappear when things get difficult. Some contribute nothing but become experts at the blame game. When price goes up, everyone is a genius. When price goes down, everyone looks for someone else to blame. The team. The whales. The market. The community. Anyone except themselves. In tiny caps, you often don’t know who controls supply. You don’t know who is accumulating. You don’t know who is waiting to sell. And most importantly, you don’t know if there is a real team capable of executing. A narrative alone is not enough. I’ve seen incredible narratives fail. The missing piece is almost always the same Leadership, Execution, Direction. and Coordination. A project needs more than a story. It needs builders. It needs people who can take something from zero to 10 million and beyond. Without that, most communities end up moving in circles. For me, the biggest lesson was simple: Be careful where you invest your attention. Not everyone deserves access to your time. Not everyone deserves your energy. And not everyone deserves your guidance. Going forward, I’m becoming much more selective. If I find a project with strong narrative, strong execution, and a team capable of building something meaningful, I’ll happily add another position. If not, I’m perfectly comfortable focusing on my highest-conviction plays ( $UTYA, $YODA) Because at the end of the day, crypto is a solo game. You can learn from others. You can listen to opinions. But nobody is responsible for your portfolio except you. The sooner you understand that, the faster you grow.

Most people study meme charts. I’d rather study 3 things: Character — does the meme actually have an identity people can attach to? Wallet behaviour — are the right people accumulating before the crowd fully understands it? Community formation — is this just temporary attention, or is a real base starting to form around it? Price matters. But by the time the chart looks obvious, a lot of the asymmetry is already gone.

I’m not saying anything is guaranteed. I’m saying the biggest opportunities usually don’t look obvious when they’re still early. They look messy. They look uncertain. They look like something most people scroll past before the story becomes clear. That’s exactly why I’m still paying attention to $GRINCH. Don’t get Grinched.

I didn’t start buying $GRINCH because someone told me to. I started paying attention because a few things on TON began lining up in a way I’ve learned not to ignore. A short thread on what caught my eye early 🧵

This is the right way to think about meme asymmetry. Narrative gets attention. Branding holds attention. Wallet behaviour tells you whether smart money is actually positioning. On TON, the biggest edge usually isn’t finding the chart first. It’s noticing when all 3 start lining up before the crowd does. That’s exactly why $GRINCH caught my attention early.

How do you know if a meme coin has real 100x potential? You don’t “know.” You study patterns. After 7 years in crypto, I’ve realized most successful memes that ran to $100M+ had a few common signals before the market fully understood them. The first signal is narrative. If the narrative is weak, everything becomes harder. If the narrative is strong, attention has something to attach to. The second signal is branding. DEX profile. X page. Website. Visual identity. Character quality. How clean the story feels. Most memes fail here. They look cheap. They look AI-generated. They look rushed. They don’t feel like something people would proudly share. The third signal is who is accumulating and talking about it. Every serious meme cycle has smart wallets and strong traders entering before retail understands. They accumulate at certain levels. They post thesis. They create conviction. They attract stronger holders. This is not random. Great memes usually don’t start with everyone understanding them. They start with a few sharp people seeing the structure early. So my framework is always simple: First, filter by narrative. Then filter by branding. Then study wallet behavior and who is publicly building conviction. Most coins die at step one. Many die at step two. Very few survive step three. That is where asymmetry lives. Now run this same framework on $GRINCH ( @TheGrinchPepe ) Narrative. Branding. On-chain behavior. Early trader attention. Community formation. Execution speed. You will start seeing why I’m paying attention. In the next 24 hours, I’m releasing a full step-by-step article explaining exactly how I found $GRINCH, what I noticed early, and why I believe the market is still underpricing it. Most people only understand after the chart confirms. The biggest money is made before confirmation. CA : EQA6G0uVERDZTkLNa0drWBna1F5TSbogy7UXEWU5ERHz4uJL

Worth reading. What interests me about $GRINCH isn’t just the chart — it’s the character, the narrative setup, and the people quietly positioning around it before the crowd catches on. Still think this is one of the most interesting meme stories on TON right now.

How I became the owner of the $GRINCH Telegram. A little backstory. I wasn’t a meme coin guy. I was a bitcoin:native guy. Top 10 altcoins. Fundamentals. Narratives. I used to think meme coins were just a casino. Then I watched $SHIB. Then $PEPE. Then $Brett. And I realized something, The biggest wealth transfers were happening in places I wasn’t paying attention to. So in August 2024, I started studying memes seriously. That’s when I found Based $Pepe. I entered on Day 4. The market cap was under $300,000. Most people ignored it. I didn’t. I spent the next six months studying the community, the holders, and the people building behind the scenes. Based Pepe eventually reached a $175M all-time high. I exited around the $100M-$110M range. The trade ended up being roughly a 250x from my entry and generated a strong six-figure profit. But the biggest lesson wasn’t the money. The biggest lesson was understanding how elite meme coin teams operate before the market notices them. During that journey, I got acquainted with someone from the Based Pepe team. We weren't close friends or anything. We would simply catch up once every few months and exchange thoughts on the market. We never really rode the same coins together after based pepe, but over time a mutual respect was built. Personally, I've spent the last two months fully immersed in the TON ecosystem. Studying communities, tracking wallets, analyzing narratives, and understanding where attention and liquidity might flow next. The two biggest positions in my portfolio are $UTYA and $YODA. Fast forward to 11th June 2026. Then out of nowhere, I get a message from that same person. “Check out $Grinch on TON.” At the time it was around a 100k market cap. No polished DEX branding. No major X presence. No website. Yet it was pushing over $100k in daily volume. For a fresh TON/ the-open-network:native meme launch, that's not normal. Just a message from someone whose judgment I respected. So I started researching. And almost immediately, it clicked. I’ve made a significant part of my fortune from a Based $Pepe before. Now I was looking at another Pepe. But this time on TON. And not just any Pepe. A Pepe created by Egor. @zhgun The same creator behind characters that already have strong recognition ( $UTYA, $YODA) across the TON ecosystem. The connection was instant. The more I researched, the stronger my conviction became. Strong character. Strong narrative. Experienced builders. Early disbelief. A few days later, I got another message from him “I think you should take ownership of the Telegram.” Honestly, I was surprised. I’m usually the guy investing from the sidelines. I study. I accumulate. I observe. I’m not usually the community guy. But when people you respect ask for help, sometimes you step forward. The Telegram owner needed proof. The dev sent an on-chain message from the deployer wallet confirming the transfer. Ownership was transferred. And that’s how I became the owner of the Telegram. Since then we’ve watched the website launch. DEX branding upgraded. Logos updated. Community growing. Contest launched. Everything moving much faster than most people realize. What excites me most isn’t what has happened. It’s what hasn’t happened yet. Because when TON truly wakes up, capital rotates violently. Narratives matter. Characters matter. Communities matter. That’s why I’m here. Don't Get Grinched.

Strong piece @cryptopaw What stands out to me isn’t just the story of how you got the Telegram — it’s the pattern behind it. People underestimate how important character, distribution and the right builders are in memes. They look at GRINCH and see a chart. I look at it and see one of the clearest character-driven setups on TON right now. You don’t get this kind of volume, attention and organic pull this early without something deeper underneath it. I’ve been accumulating since the early days for a reason. The more I’ve studied it, the more I’ve come to the same conclusion: $GRINCH isn’t just another launch. It feels like a character narrative that TON hasn’t fully priced in yet. Good article. Good context. Still think most people are underestimating what’s being built here. Don’t get Grinched.
