Just found out that the Portland regional school superintendent; who denied our family's viewpoint discrimination claim despite buckets of documentation that included written admissions by participants who were proud of what they'd done; was a few months later ambushed and fired by the district superintendent & colleagues because they were spying on him and saw that in posts that he thought were private he was actually complaining about the same things we were. But he was a coward. Speaking on their behalf in quashing our due process. I mean, it wasn't 100% poetic justice. Because he got a settlement from them. But surely the hypocrisy couldn't have been lost on him? He has to look at himself in the mirror and remember what he did vs what he should have done.

@SwipeWright A two-sentence criticism that someone is ill-informed and therefore people shouldn't pay mind to the two-something hours of arguments they presented isn't them failing to provide evidence. It's you failing to engage with whatever items in the interview YOU have evidence against.

@QuestionPDX My "call outs" have been asking for evidence. It's only when they fail to provide that evidence do I claim they aren't worth listening to.

Calling people out for making extreme claims without any compelling evidence is not "trying to scare people into silence." It's actually inviting them to say more in order to fully justify their claim. They pretend they're being silenced because they have nothing else to say.

Zach Hillegas told the Estacada School District's school board on Wednesday his daughter recently attended the program. A male student leader referred to as "Pluto" was assigned to a girls' cabin and was present "during an intimate hygiene activity without proper adult supervision," according to the father. @adamcarolla If the US lets us go, then the US is gone too. We are US citizens, and we didn't vote for this. Couldn't legally vote away our rights even if we wanted to. This is a nullification crisis far more critical than what Jackson faced. And it needs the same federal intervention.

@denverpost There are no "transgender youth and adults." Just boys and men, who will be perfectly capable of playing with their fellows. Ever notice how it's never girls being let onto the boys' teams? Why don't you do a story investigating why that is?

@jordan_pape No, it's horrible that we pay them at all. Our kids can't read or do math, only march against imaginary demons the teachers put in their heads, or be trafficked into "gender" harm behind parents' backs. The whole system needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.

It's great that Oregon pays its teachers in the top quartile in the country but not great that our instruction time is in the bottom 10% and additional loopholes can reduce the instructional hours by an additional 2 weeks - especially when we're in last place in academic achievement. oregonlive.com/education/2026…
