Anyone have strong views on whether virtual reality is better than reality for aerobic fitness? I’m using Oculus Quest 2 Beat Saber and it seems optimized for hand-eye coordination but not aerobic fitness. #VR #GamesforHealth #VRHealth

@OliXRehab It's early days still but with #RealFitVR we're taking a stab at bringing more workout variety to VR including some leg exercises too. Even though they can't all be tracked directly by VR we still try and lower the friction for the sake of a more complete workout.

HTC Vive Air - the first fitness-focused standalone VR set "inspired by sports shoes, the new headset introduces knitted materials to VR to provide unprecedented comfort and fit." Not yet confirmed, but would you like to see this VR set focused at fitness-conscious users?

@Conarch Thanks @Conarch - with time we hope to also expand on these kinds of in-app events. This was our first time testing the waters, and thankfully it didn't all fall apart🙏 ;-p so we can get a bit more adventurous with future challenges. No more squats for a while though 😅
