To be fair, it is consistently called and “technically” the correct call, but the rule needs to be changed.
This is the same call Gottlieb was heated about after his game on the men’s side.

@RealStackhouse @NCAA It’s just the precedent of it that has them worried for the future. The intervention at a state level challenges the NCAA’s ability to govern and enforce rules/regulations on a national level. It’s partly their own mess because of weak structure and lack of leadership.
