It was an honor to join Judge Tom Munley from WBRE for another segment of our Veterans’ Views series. We talked about the PA Agricultural Veterans Grant Program, which offers a unique opportunity for vets to be integrated into working on a farm.

Read Across America Week is all about encouraging a love of reading in our students, and celebrating the role literature plays in helping kids learn and grow. I was so glad to share a live reading of “Maybe” by Kobi Yamada with Old Forge’s sixth graders for Guest Reader Day.

This year, Pittston chose John “Casey” Donahue, whose lifelong commitment to public service and community involvement exemplifies the very spirit of the parade, to be this year’s Grand Marshal of the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade!
