Quick update: Just learned 5 mins ago from host facility & their risk mgmt that we won’t be allowed an ANY spectators at the meet - EXCEPT for coaches, agents, and parents of minors running in the meet. So sorry. An email going out shortly to clarify. Text/Msg me if concerned.

How can we not capitalize as a sport on these small meets. High energy, fun, interactive live stream? Instead we have either have a blurry feed, no feed, replays with no excitement or anything new. There has to be something we can do

Apparently it’s Olympic Day! At last count, we have 14 Olympians headed to Nashville for the 18th annual Music City Distance Carnival on August 15th.

Got a COVID test and I haven’t been able to breath out of my right nostril this well since middle school. Will certainly be getting tested before my next race
