AT Commuters have to take multiple conditions into consideration for their travels. We make it a lot easier for vehicles than we do for AT. @FaithFundal @SLVCBC @CoryjFunk

Heavily salted & used P1 roads may be dry. Less used & more shaded P3 residential roads are scraped to a thin hard snow pack. P2 roads are a mix of the two. Less logic for sidewalks. Some are ploughed to hardback, some left with softpack, snow pile hurdles or not even visible!

Just had the "sweetest" #bike ride picking up this delicious home-made baking from my friend Donna. Did some calculations & I think I need to ride 5-10km per piece - So I can have 2 now for a net-zero calorie footprint! Photo-bombed by my Baby!😺@slvcbc @FaithFundal @carlabosacki

Active Transportation Tip of the day: I put bread bags over my socks, before I put my boots on, to keep my feet toasty for my bike ride today at minus 20 c. @SLVCBC Made good use of my front studded tire too. Need to get one for the rear!
