2. Every new male character gets their own arc. Of the female characters, only 2 or 3 have had their own arc, the rest are purely fanservice.

Women get equal opportunities in every aspect, female heroes are treated with tons of respect, and the only argument you could have if fan service, but that was literally just Mt Lady and Midnight being themselves.
