I pay for Gyazo and am willing to pay for more integration with Scrapbox as well.

My weekly routine 1: Download the journal articles that I tweeted and liked on Twitter using the archiving service, @Twieve_en. Read the abstracts of them and copy to my scrapbox @ScrapboxApp to integrate what I read before. This is why I always tweet new journal articles.
