Today has #CanadianBuddhists we ask that the PM . Premier of Ontario and Mayor Olivia Chow apologize to the people of Grassy Narrows and the woman who is dealing with Mercury poisoning in her system . This insensitive behaviour hurt all Canadians. @cbcMorningLive @ctvnews

Last week, the PM chided the CEO of Air Canada for lack of French in a condolences speech - every mainstream media outlet ran stories on it. CEO resigned. PM says something FAR MORE monstrous to a woman dealing with mercury poisoning this week and the only outlet reporting:

“Our babies are still being born with mercury poisoning and people need to help exercise our voice,” Isaacs said. “It’s been well over 50 years since mercury has been put into our river system and into our bodies. We need justice,” she said. aptnnews.ca/national-news/…

@FreeGrassy Mayor Olivia Chow should also apologize . It was not ok to be treated this way when people are suffering and dying from Mercury poisoning. We stand with you and we also believe there should be compassion and justice for the people of Grassy . For 7 generations.
