I’m going to sound super old and like a hater but it needs to be said.. I HATE these “content creator” put together AAU teams. They serve no purpose man.

Stop co-signing players to a level they can’t play at, just because they play for you. Stop running from the hard convo with your players about their level. Also, coaches stop listening to people that have already fooled you into taking a player that couldn’t help you before.

the fact he ended up there coming out of high school was wild to me off the rip but just another case of how high school recruits are suffering from the portal. this a high major player right here.

One thing this college basketball season should signal to coaches at every level is that there’s still value in HS seniors. Across college hoops, first year players played significant roles. And it wasn’t just Top-100 guys.

Devin Ugland should be getting interviews up and down the west coast. All these schools struggling to evaluate talent he's one of the best in america.

If u received an offer from any of the schools on this list tht offer is more thn likely gonna need to be revisited. On the flip side if u took the time to build a relationship w/any of these coaches, that relationship travels, especially if u fit the level where theyve landed.

NCAA D1 MBB portal opens April 7th and closes April 21st this year…which means if you have an offer now, you should jump on it!

Can’t stress this enough. Take time away from the game after your season is over. Your body, and mind need the rest and recovery.

Jumping straight into AAU after a long high school season is both unsafe & irresponsible. Programs that truly care about the mental and physical health of their players understand this. Rest & recovery are essential for real growth. Basketball should challenge athletes - but it shouldn’t be a nonstop, year-round marathon.

No one talks about those 1-3 days after your final basketball game of the season. 😳
