FLASHBACK: Thirty years ago, Sen. Chuck Schumer — a House representative at the time — detailed on Capitol Hill how IDs could help fight fraud. The resurfaced remarks come as Senate Democrats, led by Schumer, push back against President Trump's voter ID requirements in the SAVE Act.
