So @Argos_Online@ArgosHelpers must have the most unhelpful customer service, a useless virtual assistant which just asks you laods of quesitons and then goes sorry I can't help, and call centre who can't asnwer basic questions about your order and send you to a store for help.
@ArgosHelpers What order? It's not an order, you've sent everybody letters for months saying Argos Card is moving to another provider (New Day) and to re-register. I cannot register as I get the error shown in the picture, for over a week!

@ArgosHelpers@Townie159 I wouldnt use Argos again. Confirmed over live chat with customer services that Argos have taken multiple orders for the iPhone 17 range that they dont have stock for. After taking my £1400 I was told to wait and we’ll get one sent to you when they get some more stock in. Avoid!!

Just wanted to say please don’t use Yodel as a delivery company! The new Apple Watch I ordered from you looks like it won’t be delivered as they ignore all delivery instructions then say they can’t find you, feel like I’ve just flushed £400 down the drain!

@ArgosHelpers my grandson bought a chest freezer in March 2025 - he's been unable to use it and has had lots of food ruined due to an issue with the thermostat. Despite informing you then, an engineer coming out and numerous contact since, it is still not usable 6 MONTHS later.

@ArgosHelpers arranged replacement/return via the web chat on your website. The date given by the agent was today and they said I’d have a confirmation email. I haven’t received one. I’ve packed the item but obviously don’t have anything to put on it (e.g. returns label). Help?
