@TechUtopia1 @Simsimiyyah @SapienceOrg Nuzul is a contradiction if one takes it to be spatial. You are either above a thing, on par with it, or below it. Or, part of you is one and part of you is another.
The answer of the brother implies that Allah has parts; part of Him stays on the throne, and part of him below.
English

May Allah bless you brother. These sectarians only know to do strawman. Brother from video never ever said BODY of Allah is moving from left side of the room to the right side of the room. He didnt said anything that alludes that Allah movement is same as human movement. I also pointed him out earlier the Allah seeing is not same as human eyesight. We affirm that Allah can See, same as with nuzul, its a movement. We never ever say its a human movement. These sectarians use them selves this tawil to say we said it, but they are the ones who are doing taweel in that way. Ironic.
English

1) al-Tabari never negated movement. We’ve been through this countless times. Both al-Dārimī and al-Kirmānī reported consensus in affirming it and they’re both earlier than al-Tabarī.
2) Just because Christians give a false analogy does not mean that everyone else who gives an analogy is automatically wrong. And the fact that you mention “God’s body” and “portions” is a strawman. Libyano never conceded to any of that. He’s not committed to the analogy overlapping in every aspect.
3) This narration isn’t established to Imām Mālik, but Imām Aḥmad according to his son ʿAbdallāh did make gestures with his hand when talking about Allāh lifting the heavens on His fingers in Kitāb al-Sunnah.
English

My spine shuddered at this nightmare of an explanation.
1) He attributed movement to the Creator of movement. Imām al-Ṭabarī says movement is negated for Allāh by consensus of Ahl al-Qiblah, and he even uses this as a refutation of the Muʿtazilah when they claim the Qurʾān is created. Imām Junayd al-Baghdādī said that knowing Allāh creates the movements and stillness of creatures is fundamental to tawḥīd.
2) His analogy was disastrous and resulted in a contradiction within his own creed. It resembles the analogy of water, ice, and vapor used to convey the Trinity, which results in heresy: modalism.
The very same issue occurs here. His analogy results in the “heresy” of taʾwīl. He used his intellect to negate the impossibility of entering creation and said the descent was merely his God’s body coming closer to creation. The second aspect he interpreted away is that only an attribute, or worse, a portion of Allāh moves downward. How can one critique the muʾawwil who says one of His actions, mercy, descends while holding such a position?
3) His moving downward to analogize the attributes of Allāh is even worse than when a man gestured with his own hands to discuss Allāh’s Hands. Imām Mālik ordered the amputation of this man’s hand. One can only wonder what this esteemed Imām of the Salaf would say regarding him.

You misquoted Tabari, this is why I asked you for reference... the reference you sent Tabari was mentioning smell, colour and he added movement in there, why did you decided to cut the whole sentence before the word movement, u cut the whole context? Lame of u.. Anyway context in Tabari was HUMAN actions and Human attributes. The brother in video never ever said that Allah has movement as humans do. So please stop misquoting ulama. Be ashamed of this. All these attributes again are going back to you guys going against sahih hadeeth. Example same with sight. Allah sight is not same as human sight. Vision of human has to have time and movement. The eyesight uses light which travels. We do not say Allah is seeing in the same way humans see. You guys are saying this when you strawman the arguments in this beautiful religion of Islam and aqida of salaf.
English

You just misquoted Tabari to make your own context. What an L for you dude. Shame on you. What is Tabari actually arguing here the book you shared?
This chapter is discussing Allah's speech (الكلام) and the question of whether the Qur'an is created.
His argument structure is approximately:
If Allah's attributes were treated exactly like created attributes,
then one could attribute creaturely qualities to Allah,
which everyone rejects,
therefore the analogy is false.
So he is using movement as one item in a list of created characteristics, not necessarily writing:
“Ijmāʿ: Allah cannot descend”
or
“Allah has no nuzūl.”
Those are larger theological discussions.

@Ronan1658417 @Simsimiyyah @SapienceOrg Bid3a sectarian people love to insult on a simple comments, the corrupted aqeeda does this.

This is the ultimate glass-house argument. They are demanding a standard of historical evidence for 1st-century Christianity that would completely vaporize their own religion if applied to 7th-century Islam.

Korra silences Christians by challenging the claim of eyewitnesses to the crucifixion! It’s misleading to say there were over 500 eyewitnesses when the ‘500 witnesses’ reference comes only from Paul, with no other historical source confirming it.

Daniel Haqiqatjou retweets a post referring to almost all Arabs in the Peninsula as “camel Jews.” A big part Haqiqatjou’s anti-Wahhābī campaign seems to be driven by anti-Arab racism.

@ahadsoab @ibmsulaymani Are you a moron?
Your source no where mentiones Women or babies.
Why are you a filthy lier?
Do you want to leave this world as a dirty filthy lier?

Daniel Haqiqatjou describes the alleged ‘mass killing’ the Wahhābīs carried out in al-Ṭāʾif in 1803, slaughtering people praying in mosques, studying the Qurʾān, and even babies being breastfed by their mothers.
He even plays sounds effects of babies crying to emotionally manipulate the listener.
❌ There’s just one problem: This is all fake news. None of this ever happened. Aḥmad Zaynī Daḥlān was a well known a liar and wasn’t even alive when ʿUthmān al-Muḍāyifī took al-Ṭāʾif.
