@FairCop_ @AchilleusSec Generally it would be up to the Club parading those stewards to carry out checks. If they are agency stewards, their training records should be checked before they are allowed to work at a stadium

@AchilleusSec Even if the club do deal with it and tell whichever company who supplied these ‘stewards’ (I’d love to see their training records & qualifications) to the best of my knowledge there is no system in place to ensure they don’t simply turn up at another club @TheFSOA

Sooner or later a head lock as a restraint technique is going to have serious consequences. It’s not a secret that there is a shortage of stewards across the country and you have to wonder how often quantity will be out before quality - as we saw at Wembley for the Euro Final
