Big topic not discussed enough at all here - the majority of the meteorological field is male dominated but the women in this community are doing incredible things.
Be sure to respect all women for what they do, contribute, and work for as they too are a major part of the incredible community!

I’m not one who typically gets involved in drama, but everyone deserves a place in the weather world, especially women. Yes, it may be a male dominated field but does that change a thing? Absolutely not. It’s really not that hard to be respectful.
