@VirginMediaIE no broadband or TV this evening with no warning given, no pinned tweet to alert customers. But you think it’s okay to increase our monthly bill by €4 even though we had a “fixed price contract” for a year. Shocking customer service

The communication and customer service at @DisneylandParis has been a mixed bag with some very disappointing interactions. Phone rep gave info that hotel rep disputed upon arrival. Lost time, added hours of #ChronicPain.

@DLPHelp We were given an upgrade to the room, but the name is the same as a service level upgrade. Had to look it up. Sounded like we got the latter. But no. Just the room. Confusing, frustrating. Poor communication.
