Palestine – The myth we are now stuck with. In May of 1964, the PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) was created as a new means of fighting Israel. Article 24 states: “This Organization does not exercise any territorial sovereignty over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Gaza Strip or in the Himmah Area.
