Oil industry also realizing this and that’s why oil is down $30 a barrel the past week

That’s not what I wrote. Coaches can be highly successful and then quickly lose a room.

@conroyherald Yes maybe the top very elite coaches, but the overwhelming majority their impact from one coach to the next is negligent. If they impacted winning as much as you believed, teams would be holding onto coaches significantly longer than an average of 2.3 years.

They impact winning and losing tremendously. It’s just the some coaches, particularly the hard drivers, can hit a wall with players, from which there is no turning back.
