@WideAwake @Mashinsky I do not believe any battle is over. I do not think any outcome is inevitable. I’m fighting for what was a bloody good platform to have a future in some form, to return as much as it can to creditors and have the facts known that it was a targeted by competitors. Good luck.

Just a friendly reminder — Please keep in mind that everyone in this Celsius bankruptcy case has to be treated equally by law, so says Judge Martin Glenn, including people with CEL token. So when creating your Plan, be sure that every asset gets treated equally, including CEL.
