Parandur was selected as the ideal location after years of research among 4-5 choices considering - 1. Less farmlands compared to other locations 2. Compensation for lands and relocation expenses. 2. Water facilities 3. Defence area considerations 4. Connectivity to Chennai city 5. Metro Connectivity feasibility Good luck to TVK Government for finding an alternate location.
