@Buttchz163551 everyone's different, there's levels to disordered eating. some can be perfectly healthy at an underweight bmi (to a degree OF COURSE). at her size i'm the healthiest i've ever been in terms of energy levels, hormones, skin. blood tests to prove. PCOS & other issues in remission

@rheadelght there’s levels to it & not everyone’s the same. some women like me and possibly her function best at a leaner weight. being “normal & healthy” i have acne and heavy periods, when UW my periods are light and on time. blood test is perfect too. clean food = no sugar, gluten etc.
