Sheriff McDonnell hired Jill Serrano to oversee the @LASDHQ budget. He left in 2018 with a $101 million dollar deficit. I fired her on day one and left with a $74 million dollar surplus. Sheriff Luna rehired her and now they can’t afford toilet paper!

Just received a text from someone who is the head of a union (in CA law enforcement) and the *three* political endorsement/announcement videos ALADS board members/union reps filmed *in their uniforms* is a violation of state AND FEDERAL LAW and will likely result in HEFTY FPPC FINES according to him. Really embarrassing for ALADS and the current state of the department. #LASD

100%. I envisioned the whole thing happening. He IS going to beat Nithya & Debra. He's gonna hand them their asses b/c he makes sense. He is appealing to people having ENOUGH. Never rooted so hard for a mayoral race in a city I don't live in. I was born & raised in Cali though, so I REALLY hope & pray that this is the year! I have a GREAT feeling.

You are completely on point with this one, and I will tell you,
I have communicated with Spencer, I have gone to multiple events, including his campaign kickoff, and I had my reservations in the beginning, but holy crap he has stepped into his calling in a big way. I am overjoyed! He has an amazing campaign team too. I am confident that when he gets elected, he will surround himself with the right people to help him run the city. He’s not gonna take on something that he doesn’t know how to take on he will leave it to the professionals. I’m sure of that.

Time for you to finally let the @LAPDHQ enforce laws again or you will have even more businesses and residents leave LA.
