@Finnair Hey, it's taken you 15 weeks to respond to our claims and your compensation doesn't even cover our expenses. Please have a look at our cases asap. This is a disgrace.

@KLM Are you capable of responding to cases without using standard auto messages? How can it take 7 months to work out a case? Back and forth with the same excuses. #incompetence#CustomerService
@KLM Wow. Simply amazing. You closed my case after coming up with your own solution which does not solve anything for me. I still have two damaged luggages that needs to be replaced. Please reopen and come up with a better solution.

Hey @KLM. How long is the normal response time for damaged baggages cases? Mine is almost 4 months old now - still with no progress. Disastrous customer care!
