@nerdtasticmania My biggest concern with Champions is that they plan to use it from now on. They already seem to take months just to give Home compatibility for games.

I'm looking forward to Champions, but I am most worried about this. I love having VGC in the main series games! I'm really genuinely worried Winds/Waves may not have the traditional turn based combat that I adore, and I'm also worried about the precedent of having VGC in...1/3

I agree with this 100 percent. It creates lazy board positions as well imo. It enables a little too much imo, was fun, but excited to move away from it for a bit

@MichaelderBeste It’s looking like they did but I really hope not ): They also changed protect PP from 16 down to 8 and removed knock off from incineroar and encore from gengar.. All huge changes I am really hoping aren’t the case in the final version 😢

@LolOut160461 @SerebiiNet Even worse. If base form has Inner Focus, they get immunity from Intimidate at the first turn.

@45mice I actually think this is smart for them. They have to make sure all event staff know how to troubleshoot issues. They also probably want the game servers to undergo the stress of a GC to make sure its not going to crash before having it at a live event.

Based on the verbiage, LA will be SV as that’s what is on sign ups. What a colossal fuck up. If champions is so hopelessly behind and a disaster just delay it. Horrendous communication and execution from top to bottom.

@mentalsyndrome From what I've seen when they announced the GC being on Champions they got alot of backlash. I think announcing it won't be for points and announcing reg I are damage control.
