@JoeMerrick Sadly they won't The Pokemon TCG side does not care about its customers actually getting the product. Only the mega sellers and scalpers.

I'm in two minds A Mega Rayquaza set as a fan is hype, and the cross franchise promotion is fascinating. However, with the TCG in the state it is, I question the logic. I fear no normal person will get these unless they're printed to ridiculous levels

This isn't about struggling to beat it as I have won ~80% of my matches against it. This is about it being boring to battle

From the looks of it, you actually need online connectivity (and for it to match your local time) for the event to start. Looks like they've blocked the means to skip ahead for it. Honestly...fair

Like I obviously don't expect TPC and TPCi to change their marketing plans just because of the horrendous adults who are actively ruining Pokémon for kids and, frankly, everyone... But this one...I can't see it going well.

@JoeMerrick Is there something to this whole Rayquaza focus at all? Like, some kind of event or anniversary in Japan that would prompt a Rayquaza celebration specifically? Also, this probably means the primals are coming to TCG Pocket in this coming set.

Looks like there's a lot of Rayquaza still to come franchise wide...

@JoeMerrick Do we have a Profile Icon section for Pokemon Champions on Serebii? I randomly saw some new icons in my profile that showed up and my OCD is killing me and I want to know how they appeared there. Maybe I am unaware and they were always there but I just wanted to ask. Thanks!

There are thousands of people on Staraptor's Pokémon Champions Pokédex page alone on Serebii right now; the biggest of the newly added Pokémon. I think we have a new favourite. Contrary is going to be so strong. Or we're never going to see it after this week.
