@MarkJCarney I voted for you because I thought you’d be less likely to assume the US narrative on important issues. This is a very biased statement that co-signs US war crimes. Elbows up Mark, come on.. acknowledge this was an illegal act that should have been approved by congress.

Iran’s nuclear programme is a grave threat to international security, and Canada has been consistently clear that Iran can never be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon.     While U.S. military action taken last night was designed to alleviate that threat, the situation in the Middle East remains highly volatile. Stability in the region is a priority.   Canada calls on parties to return immediately to the negotiating table and reach a diplomatic solution to end this crisis. As G7 leaders agreed in Kananaskis, the resolution of the Iranian crisis should lead to a broader de-escalation of hostilities in the Middle East, including a ceasefire in Gaza.

@KyleKulinski I’m in Canada and there’s lots of tariff fear. Trump is bluffing imo. Tariffs will cause a gas/lumber crisis. Trump worsens things, the media fear mongers, then he take credit for saving the day with an “amazing deal” no better than what was there before. Thoughts?

@rough__sea, do you have any recommendations for Node testing frameworks? Jest seems like the default choice, but I'm wondering if there's anything newer that might be preferable in 2024. I like using Vitest on the frontend but not sure if it makes sense for the backend.
