2/5 🚆Rail Concerns per 10,000 passengers rose nearly 30% in February compared to January. The Main and Bergen Lines saw fewer concerns, while the NEC—and especially the North Jersey Coast Line—recorded sharp increases driven by the Portal Bridge cutover.

The Operations & Customer Service Committee meets on Tuesday, 3/31, and here are the February customer‑concern metrics I’ll be sharing. Concerns per 10K passengers increased for almost every mode, with the largest rise on rail. Bus was the only mode to show an improvement. 🧵👇

@NJTransit_CA Why for the train? LIRR and Metro North are both on normal weekday schedules today.. They each service 125+ stations and were affected by snow just as much as NJT.. Frustrating..

@NJTRANSIT Absolutely ridiculous behavior from NJT this morning once again. Every other transportation provider was able to operate on a normal schedule today but NJT had passengers waiting 30+ minutes in 5° weather for a train that wasn’t even taking more people. Disgraceful but expected

@NJTransit_CA Still no attempt at justifying today’s service?

@NJTransit_CA why is @NJTRANSIT unable to run a regular schedule today like all the others? Why leave customers waiting in the freezing cold for 30 minutes, providing no information that the 30 minute late incoming train is filled to capacity?

@PabloTorre Pablo, I love you. I love your work. I will continue listening to and watching whatever you do. This one missed the mark with me. She had very good reasons to be upset initially, but then saw the David Hogg path to turn it into a career. She’s nothing more than a politician now.

@ZacksJerryRig @Rivian Perhaps it’s a lot more complicated on a Rivian, but Tesla just did the exact same thing on my Y for $149 total.

I'm disappointed with @Rivian. My 12v batteries died after 3.5 years. Which is fine. It's a very common and easy repair to perform. However - Rivian won't sell me a 12v battery to install myself. And they say if I buy anything off the shelf it could void my warranty. The kicker? Rivian charges $775.04 dollars to replace the two 12v batteries. (That's what I paid for my first car and it came with a 12v battery.) I could snap my Cybertuck in half and @Tesla would give me a manual on how to glue it back together. But Rivian won't even let me replace a 12v battery on my own. 🤯 I don't like being extorted for consumables. Let me maintain my own truck.

Watch MY FSD v13.2.9 run a red light. It consistently runs this red light at night only. I obviously disengaged but I re-enabled FSD and it did not move until the light was green. My family was in the car. @elonmusk @aelluswamy @Tesla_AI
