I just came across this statement from @DonnellyStephen about the HSE recruitment embargo. I am not aware of over-recruitment. I am very aware of key staff members leaving their fully HSE approved posts, and we cannot advertise for a replacement. The embargo must end. oireachtas.ie/en/debates/que…
