Hey @X 👋
Still building my dream IOS app while studying full time.
Looking to connect with more builders, founders, and indie hackers.

@emekadivine_exe Well in my opinion…… There isn’t an end point to learning as a developer.
English

Which is more risky...
The
"I'm still learning" title for years or
The
"I'm a professional title" from the beginning
And what's the balance between both, hi do you know what level you're
Jesse@Dev_JesseMaduka
Some developers use "I'm still learning" for 3 years straight 😭
English

@dev_maims In Nigeria they won’t even look at you twice, they prefer the manual stuff.
English

@emekadivine_exe At some point you have to take it off.
But the thing is a lot of people dont grow, tech is all about consistency. But a lot fail in that aspect
English

@devsyntaxdev So is it to just carry the I'm still learning badge?? Because it make you look like you're really not growing..
Imagine a baby saying I'm still learning to walk at 3

A landing page doesn't just need to look good. It needs to make someone feel something before they even reach out.
For the about section I focused on one thing helping visitors understand who Ugo is before they decide to book him. Not just what he does, but how he thinks and why he's different.
Then for the testimonials I didn't use star ratings or generic quotes. I used real WhatsApp messages from real couples. Because nothing converts better than words from someone who had nothing to gain by saying them.
One client said watching their wedding film felt like reliving the entire day. Another said it felt like a movie about them.
That's the kind of thing that makes a couple scrolling at midnight decide to send that booking message.
This is what a landing page should do not just show your work, but make people trust you before they've even spoken to you.

@Mad_Mage_Dev @Dev_Lurker I dont think adding transform translate is necessary after applying flex b.
English

@Dev_Lurker I’ll give it a shot, but it’s been a minute.
```css
.parent {
display: flex;
width: 100vw;
justify-content: center;
align-items: center;
}
```
Good enough? Or do we have to do the whole transform, translate, 50% over, 50% back thing?
English

@devsyntaxdev same here, flex box is like relationships - it looks easy but gets complicated
